PurpleBiscuit
was founded in 2004 by Phil Morris. Located in Saint Clairsville in south-eastern
Ohio, PurpleBiscuit serves customers not only locally, but nationally and
internationally as well.
"I've
been designing for the web for over 15 years, and have provided solutions
to customers ranging from individuals and small businesses, to U.K. government
departments and multi-national corporations. Solutions have included internet-
and intranet-based sites along with browser-based applications.
I take pride in establishing long-term ethical relationships with my clients, providing them with a fast and cost-effective service, and delivering projects on time and within budget. With many of my clients overseas I am used to working remotely and still delivering the same high level of service regardless of distance.
I am also part of the team of Ely Multimedia, a collaboration of professionals who together can provide almost anything needed for a successful online presence, from marketing and PR through web sites and content management sytems to audio and video production.
